Quick Actions
Create a New Class
- Go to Classes
- Click Add New Class
- Fill in: Name, Duration, Capacity, Price, Instructor
- Click Create
Schedule a Recurring Class
- Select your class
- Click Add Session → Recurring
- Choose pattern (Daily/Weekly/Monthly)
- Set start time and days
- Click Create
Book a Client
- Go to Bookings or select a session
- Click Book
- Enter client name and email
- Set payment status
- Click Confirm
Create a Package
- Go to Packages
- Click Create Package
- Enter: Name, Sessions, Validity (days), Price
- Click Create
Get Your Public Booking Link
- Go to Settings
- Scroll to Public Booking Link
- Click Copy Link
- Share everywhere!
Schedule Management
Change a Class Time (One Day Only)
- Click the session
- Click Edit
- Select This Occurrence Only
- Change the time
- System shows affected bookings
- Notify clients → Confirm
Change a Class Time (Permanently)
- Click any future session
- Click Edit
- Select This and Future
- Change the time
- Review affected bookings
- Notify clients → Confirm
Cancel a Single Class
- Click the session
- Click Cancel
- Select This Occurrence Only
- Choose notification action
- Confirm
Substitute Instructor
- Edit the session
- Select This Occurrence Only
- Change instructor name
- Notify booked clients
- Confirm
Client Management
Add a New Client
- Members → Add Member
- Enter: Name, Email (required), Phone
- Create
Sell a Package to a Client
- Find client in Members
- Click their name
- Purchase Package
- Select package → Set date
- Purchase
View Client History
- Members → Click client name
- See: Total visits, Last visit, Active packages
- View booking history below
Contact a Client
- Find client in Members
- Click WhatsApp icon next to phone
- Message opens automatically
Booking Management
Mark a Booking as Paid
- Find booking in Bookings
- Click Edit
- Change payment status to Paid
- Save
Cancel a Booking
- Find booking
- Click Cancel
- Update payment status if refund
- Spot freed automatically
Check-In with QR Code
- Bookings → Scan QR Code
- Point camera at client's QR
- Booking opens automatically
- Mark as paid if needed
Common Tasks
See Today's Schedule
- Go to Dashboard
- View "Upcoming Classes Today"
- Or Bookings → Select today's date
Filter Bookings
- Bookings page
- Use filters: Class, Status, Payment, Date
- Results update automatically
Check Capacity
View any session to see "X/10 spots available"
Increase Class Capacity
- Edit class or session
- Change capacity number
- Safe to do anytime (increase only)
Change Class Price (Future Only)
- Edit any future session
- Select This and Future
- Change price
- Existing bookings keep old price
Package Management
Check Package Status
- Active: Green - can be used
- Expired: Red - past validity date
- Exhausted: Yellow - all sessions used
- Cancelled: Gray - refunded
Extend Expired Package
- Find client package
- Edit purchase date (set to today)
- Package becomes active again
- Validity extends from new date
Track Package Usage
- Members → Client → View packages
- See: Sessions used / Total sessions
- Expiry date shown
Settings & Setup
Update Studio Info
- Settings
- Edit: Name, Address, Phone, Description
- Save Changes
Upload Logo
- Settings → Logo section
- Upload JPG/PNG (max 2MB)
- Shows on public booking page
Change Opening Hours
- Settings
- Update hours text
- Save
Troubleshooting
Can't Delete a Class
Reason: Has scheduled sessions Solution: Cancel all sessions first, then delete
Booking Shows Wrong Payment Status
Solution: Edit booking → Change payment status → Save
Public Booking Page Not Showing Classes
Check:
- Sessions are scheduled in the future
- Studio profile is complete
- Classes have capacity available
Client Not Receiving QR Code
Solution:
- Check email in booking is correct
- Send QR manually via WhatsApp
- Client can see QR in confirmation screen
Can't Reduce Capacity
Reason: More bookings than new capacity Solution: Cancel excess bookings first, then reduce

Daily Routine (5 minutes):
- Check today's classes (Dashboard)
- Review new bookings
- Send reminders to clients
Weekly Tasks:
- Review upcoming week schedule
- Follow up unpaid bookings
- Contact inactive members
Monthly:
- Check expiring packages → Send renewals
- Review popular classes
- Plan next month's schedule
Before Each Class:
- Review booking list
- Prepare space
- Have QR scanner ready
After Each Class:
- Mark attendance
- Update payments
- Note any issues
